Enterprise buyers will not replace SAP, Workday, or Salesforce to adopt AI. NEWWORK integrates with existing systems of record rather than requiring migration, so AI execution works with the infrastructure already in place.
Company
NEWWORK was founded in Berlin in 2023 by Michael Jaszczyk and Jens Kruger to solve a problem they watched repeat across enterprise software implementations: AI that could advise but could not execute under governance.
Leadership

Co-CEO
Spent two decades building and scaling enterprise platforms across financial services and manufacturing.

Co-CEO
Led product and architecture teams inside SAP and Workday, where he watched customers struggle to move AI from pilot to production because no execution layer existed between the AI and the system of record.
Operating principles
NEWWORK is designed for enterprise buyers who need operational value, not isolated AI experiments.
Enterprise buyers will not replace SAP, Workday, or Salesforce to adopt AI. NEWWORK integrates with existing systems of record rather than requiring migration, so AI execution works with the infrastructure already in place.
Production AI in regulated enterprises requires identity, policy, approval chains, and audit evidence before an action completes. NEWWORK builds governance into the execution fabric, not as an afterthought.
Advisors and copilots generate suggestions. NEWWORK completes traceable outcomes—approvals routed, invoices processed, onboarding workflows finished—with evidence that the work was done under control.
NEWWORK enters with packaged Value Packs that deliver operational value in weeks, then expands across the enterprise as buyers activate additional workflows on the same execution fabric.
Why we built this
We saw it across enterprise after enterprise: smarter AI every quarter, and not a single workflow that could move into production. The gap wasn't training, models, or budget — there was no execution layer between AI and the systems of record. NEWWORK exists to close it.
